When can I expect the ordered products?

The delivery of the order takes up to 5-10 working days, or depending on the supplier's stock - there is no delivery during weekends and holidays. In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately.

How much is the postage?

Delivery costs depend on country we are shipping. It is calculated in cart, when you apply country of shippment.

Do you also have a physical store?

Currently, only the online store www.lovingpaw.eu is operating. In Velenje (Slovenia), there is also a center for a healthy and well-groomed fur coat, where you can come and see the products first-hand, consult and buy by prior arrangement.

Is it also possible to pick up the order in person?

Personal collection is currently possible at the headquarters of Loving Paw, KAIT doo, Žarova cesta 16, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia

What happens if the equipment is too small/too big for the puppy or kitten?

First of all, we need to be informed about this. Later, we determine the method of return/exchange of the product or agree on a refund of the purchase price.
