Method of payment

The provider allows the following methods of payment:

  • PROFORMA INVOICE by transfer to the account of the manager of KAIT d.o.o. (according to the offer / proforma invoice). The user can also order a purchase by phone at no. 069 611 116. Upon order, a UPN order is sent to his e-mail address, which the buyer can pay at the post office or bank. After the payment of the order, the product and the invoice are sent to the buyer. By paying by proforma invoice, the buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions.

2. Issuance of invoice
KAIT d.o.o. after delivery and payment of the ordered items, it also sends the buyer an invoice in the issued order in the package. The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

3. Delivery of the order
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is the delivery service of General Logistic Systems (GLS). We will send the package to the address you specified when registering or. purchase process, we recommend that you indicate the address where you are in the morning. We also recommend that you write down the mobile number where you can be reached in the morning, as the courier will be able to call you and agree with you on the method of delivery. The phone number is used only for better delivery quality.

Delivery of the order depends on country of shippment and also depending on the stock at the supplier - there is no delivery during weekends and holidays. In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately. The products will be delivered to the address via the GLS delivery service, which you specified upon registration or purchase process, we recommend that you indicate the address where you are in the morning. We also recommend that you write down the mobile number where you can be reached in the morning, as the courier will be able to call you and agree with you on the method of delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the GLS courier will leave you a message about the arrived shipment.

Delivery costs DEPENDS ON COUNTRY OF SHIPPMENT. We ship to EU countries only.

Where do we deliver all the ordered goods?

We deliver the ordered goods in the territory of Europena Union (and also Norway, Swiss, Serbia)
Packages are sent from the warehouse located at KAIT d.o.o., Žarova cesta 16, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia.

Delivery damage
Transport injuries can occur. Please review the contents of the shipment upon receipt. In case of injuries, please call +386 69 611 116 or email info@lovingpaw.eu. We will agree to return the entire shipment (package, protective packaging, products) to the address KAIT d.o.o., Žarova cesta 16, 3320 Velenje. We will provide you with a replacement shipment upon return.
